My cousin tweeted this, I thought it was very funny Laughing

** These CyanogenMod builds are highly experimental and unsupported.
**
** Please refrain from submitting bug reports for any issues
** you may encounter while running one of these builds.
**
** Submitting bug reports on nightly builds is the leading
** cause of male impotence.

I love this job resignation letter, halarious!!

I'm thrilled to inform you that I'm resigning.

I have been waiting for what seems like forever to inform you that I’m resigning. I’ve hated worked for the company since the day I was hired. I don’t like the work, I don’t like my fellow employees, and I don’t like you.

I am tendering my resignation effective immediately and I’m heading for the open road. I bought a Harley and a leather jacket and my girlfriend, Denise, is coming along. It was a little tough to find a jacket to fit her, but we managed.

I know you would like me to help you with a transition, but I won’t. Have fun figuring out the files on my computer. I can’t even figure them out most of the time.

Oh, speaking of computers, you’ll need to figure out the passwords to all our online resources. I forgot to keep a list of them, so have fun with that.

I’m sure you’d like to have a going away party for me. However, I’m not interested in the stale cookies and nasty punch that constitutes saying goodbye at this company.

Don’t worry about writing me a reference, even though I’m sure you’d be glad to recommend my work. I don’t need or want one. I don’t need references where I’m heading. So, consider our bridges burnt.

See ya,

Happy To Be Gone

There is no 'O' on license plates.

Called theCalgary Parking Authority this morning regarding my parking ticket and they said to fax it in and it would be reviewed which is good. They also told me that when I enter my license plates, I need to enter a '0' instead of an 'O'. It's obvious why but I never really noticed the difference on our license plates. Interesting...Laughing

Parking Infraction Notice 92219621 from the Calgary Parking Authority

Ain't this just perfect. I got a ticket in the mail for a parking violation taken by the drive by cameras for $40.

Now maybe I might have been over the time limit but I know I wasn't. That particular day, I was downtown for lunch with my friends at Dickin's Pub and I had more than enough change to pay for parking so I put in $3.

Now I always get a receipt, in part for expenses and partly because I don't trust the camera system and this ticket is a perfect example.

The time on the picture on the notice is stamped at 2010-04-01 12:56 and on my receipt the valid period is from 12:18 to 1:01.

Noticing the date, I went back and re-read the notice just in case there was a "April Fool's" note but alas not. Anyways, I won't be paying $40 but it just goes to show you should always get that receipt.

All the family videos and some of the TV Shows and Movies can be viewed on the iPhone now.

I've converted all of the Family videos for viewing on the iPhone.

I've been converting all of the videos for the iPhone for myself since Nazima and I have one. It's nice to be able to watch them when we're out and about or show the videos to someone when we're not near a computer and/or the internet.

For me it's the TV Shows and Movies Laughing When I'm stuck somewhere I don't want to be and bored out of my skull, I have something to watch that'll really make time fly LOL.

So far The Dukes of Hazzard have all been converted for the iPhone. I'm currently converting the remaining TV Shows and Movies and they're being converted alphabetically as they appear in the gallery lists.

To view the videos on the iPhone, simply browse through the video gallery as normal and when you select a video it'll recognize you browsing from an iPhone and redirect you to the video file instead of streaming via Flash.

Transformers - great movie! And I can't say I wasn't watching Megan Fox jiggle as she ran... ;-D LOL

www.transformersmovie.com

Went down with Rosmina and Aneesh and Anoop and saw it at the Sunridge Spectrum. Only problem is that Anoop in his infinite wisdom decided to ask Deepti and Mom to watch it too when they came down to drop off the Scene card so he could get the points LOL.

This definately wasn't a movie for Mom and Deepti isn't into sci-fi and I have no idea why they said yes. All I heard from Mom is "what kind of movie is this?" everytime some steamy scene came on and I'm like thinking "oh god, I'm going to hear it all the way through the whole movie..."

I think she fell asleep along with Aneesh and Rosmina, or at least she was pretty bored enough not to watch the screen...HAHAHA!
