All the family videos and some of the TV Shows and Movies can be viewed on the iPhone now.

I've converted all of the Family videos for viewing on the iPhone.

I've been converting all of the videos for the iPhone for myself since Nazima and I have one. It's nice to be able to watch them when we're out and about or show the videos to someone when we're not near a computer and/or the internet.

For me it's the TV Shows and Movies Laughing When I'm stuck somewhere I don't want to be and bored out of my skull, I have something to watch that'll really make time fly LOL.

So far The Dukes of Hazzard have all been converted for the iPhone. I'm currently converting the remaining TV Shows and Movies and they're being converted alphabetically as they appear in the gallery lists.

To view the videos on the iPhone, simply browse through the video gallery as normal and when you select a video it'll recognize you browsing from an iPhone and redirect you to the video file instead of streaming via Flash.

Transformers - great movie! And I can't say I wasn't watching Megan Fox jiggle as she ran... ;-D LOL

www.transformersmovie.com

Went down with Rosmina and Aneesh and Anoop and saw it at the Sunridge Spectrum. Only problem is that Anoop in his infinite wisdom decided to ask Deepti and Mom to watch it too when they came down to drop off the Scene card so he could get the points LOL.

This definately wasn't a movie for Mom and Deepti isn't into sci-fi and I have no idea why they said yes. All I heard from Mom is "what kind of movie is this?" everytime some steamy scene came on and I'm like thinking "oh god, I'm going to hear it all the way through the whole movie..."

I think she fell asleep along with Aneesh and Rosmina, or at least she was pretty bored enough not to watch the screen...HAHAHA!

Just watched the original 1951 movie The Day The Earth Stood Still and I really liked this one too!

This was the very first time I had watched the movie and it was pretty good - I really liked Michael Rennie as Klaatu, a bit more warmer than the Keanu Reeves character. Something about Rennie's Klaatu just made you want to feel more for him.

Watching the 2008 version before watching the original didn't affect me much - I didn't have any expectations of one being better than the other when I watched the original. The movies could obviously be compared to each other in story but I thought both movies were different enough to be their own movie.

I saw that people have made reference to the remake going "green" in that the overall concern was of Earth and not the concern for the Earth's "neighbours" as in the original; just a concern of a different time.

I did get a kick out of seeing other differences of the times - almost everyone popping out a smoke, Helen Benson's role being a secretary, scenes of people huddled around a radio :-)

Here's something for you - the script for the original: http://www.scifiscripts.com/scripts/TheDayTheEarthStoodSTill.html

They used the episode Space Seed with Khan as the story line.

I'm going to put some non-xxx clips of it up - I got to go find more LOL.

Watched Gran Torino starring Clint Eastwood - what a great movie!

I loved this movie. It was classic Clint...well a very bigoted Walt Kowalski (Clint) LOL. But the way the story came together, it was great. The way his character warmed up and built the friendship with Thao and his H'Mong neighbours.

Man that grand daughter of his was a bitch - texting or emailing at her grandmother's funeral and then afterwards asking her grandfather (Clint) if he would leave her the Gran Torino when he died. Fuckin' hell, I couldn't imagine that someone would do that and mean it. And the way his son and his family were acting at the Will reading was disguisting; I was pissed!

Ok so I got into the movie a little bit - I usually do - sometimes I scream at the TV during scenes as if they're real...Think I need to see someone for it?  LOL

What a great weekend - went to Spruce Meadows and ran into Dawn!
Written by Santosh Bungay

It was a perfect day to go to Spruce Meadows on Saturday. Went down with Anoop, Deepti, Aneesh and Rosmina; Nazima had to work so she couldn't come which was a real shame.

Spent the afternoon there, watched some horse jumping, saw Ian Millar win the Grand Prix, ate a $40 lunch which should have costed half that anywhere else :-)

The best thing was running into Dawn. She said she was heading out there herself so I kept an eye out for her...I think I scared a couple of women staring at them thinking it was her LOL!

We're sitting down at the table directly in front of the Purdy's shop and I haven't even taken my ice cream bar out of the wrapper when I see her through the corner of my eye. I have to take a second look and I think it's her so I start yelling her name Dawn! Dawn! DAWN! I figure if it's her she'll turn around and so she did LOL.

She's on my Facebook but haven't seen her in 15-20 years dear god thats a long time. I still act like I'm 18....or maybe 21... :-D Got our picture taken together and I threw it on Facebook.

Now if I can just get Tony down to the house! LOL

On the other hand, Luke from work also helps down at Spruce Meadows driving around in a cart with a walkie talkie and he couldn't be found anywhere - seems he was helping out the Elite members and no time for us commoners LOL
